Born and raised in Peru, and having spent the last several decades in Los Angeles, his Peruvian Cuisine has become a staple of Venice Beach gastronomy. Traditional recipes and original techniques combine to bring  your favorites, like the juicy crispy skinned rotisserie chicken with spices, and lomo saltado tossed and sautéed on the wok, to the popular beachfront destination.
